DANCE TO ENHANCE your summer at edc

Creative movement is an exploratory imaginative class geared to help younger movers develop fundamental movement and motor skills through music, props, and dance! Our creative movers will explore cognitive skills, self-expression, and social development through play exercises, musical movement and more! Whether you're looking to start your dance journey or just get your child moving and grooving, this is the perfect place to start!

Class Attire: Comfortable play/active clothes and either barefoot or socks with bottom grips (We ask that all socks have bottom grips to help dancers stay safe from slipping)

Tiny Toes is an introductory class for young dancers looking to learn more and dive into the foundations of technique in ballet and tap. While providing proper instruction with a fun approach, dancers will learn not only the basics of each style, but grow in self-expression and confidence! This class is a great way to introduce more dance into your child's life!

Hip Hop/Jazz is a great class option for those looking to take more dance, no matter their experience level. With upbeat music and moves, dancers will gain rhythmic skills while simultaneously learning technical basics to help grow their dance foundation.

Intro to Acro/Jazz is the perfect class for your child that wants to dance but also cannot stop cartwheeling around your house! While exploring the fundamentals of jazz, dancers will additionally learn basic acrobatic skills in a safe environment with certified trainers. Dancers can put all their exciting energy into learning new skills through correct instruction and supported assistance.

Beg/Int Ballet is the perfect class for the dancer getting more serious about their dance training or looking to improve their overall technique. Ballet is one of the most essential foundations in a dancer's training as it provides discipline, technical execution, and practice of strength, artistry and carriage through the body. This class is a great starting point for those looking to advance their dance training.

Beg/Int Tap is the best class for those who love to move their feet and cannot sit still! Tap is one of the most unique styles of dance as it allows us to make sounds with our feet and learn how to hear music differently. With its rhythmic nature, tap helps dancers develop their musicality while increasing cognitive function through sequencing exercises. This class is sure to bring the fun while introducing a new style of dance!
